We Can Help
Our therapists use a combination of kneading, rolling, vibrational, percussive and tapping movements with the application of oil to reduce friction on the skin.
The many benefits of Swedish massage may include generalized relaxation, dissolution of scar tissue adhesions, and improved circulation, which may speed healing and reduce swelling from injury.
It helps to reduce and alleviate neck, back, and joint pain caused by posture weakness, tension, extra weight, or mechanical imbalances.
It also will also reduce tension, fatigue, headaches and soothe nerves to help with sleep problems. The increase in circulation will encourage a reduction in blood pressure and decrease possibilities of swelling, varicose veins and leg cramps.
The treatment involves focusing on relaxation along with gaining the benefits of releasing deep hyper contracted muscular tissue.
Typically, the majority of clients have complaints of neck pain, shoulder pain, lower back pain or headaches which will be specifically addressed during this therapy session.
Pre, post and maintenance sports massage techniques are available.
Treatments are customized to the areas of the body that were or will be utilized in relation to the sporting activity.
This comprehensive program of soft-tissue manipulation balances the body’s central nervous system with the musculoskeletal system.
Based on neurological laws which control how the central nervous system initiates and maintains pain, the goal is to help relieve the pain and dysfunction by understanding and alleviating the underlying cause.
Neuromuscular therapy can help individuals who experience distortion and biomechanical dysfunction, which is often a symptom of a deeper problem.
It is also used to locate and release spasms and hyper contraction in the tissue, eliminate trigger points that cause referred pain, restore postural alignment, proper biomechanics and flexibility to the tissues, rebuild the strength of injured tissues, and assist venous and lymphatic flow.

The Lehmans demonstrate great concern in matching me with the correct therapist for my condition following an auto accident. The entire staff was professional, yet gave me a “personal touch” throughout the course of my treatment.Alice,
My daughter recommended TherapyWorks to me because I have severe lower pack pain. They accepted my insurance so I was relieved. I was surprised on how much time the massage lady spent with me before she started our session. She was very professional and detailed. I’ve been there three times already and feel much better. Great staff, talented therapists and easy to get to locations. I’m a happy patient. Thank you.Cynthia,
