Please welcome Miranda Cunningham, LMT to our team of massage therapists

Miranda is a licensed massage therapist, certified yoga instructor, and certified Reiki practitioner. She is a graduate of Chatham University in Pittsburgh, PA with a bachelor’s degree in Integrated Health and Wellness, as well as a graduate of the Florida School of Advanced Bodywork. Miranda specializes in Structural Integration (SI) when performing massage, which is designed to restore postural balance by working the fascial system as well as specific muscles in order to bring the body back into alignment and ease. She also utilizes manual lymphatic drainage and assisted Thai stretching in addition to using structural bodywork and energy work to achieve her goal of providing a holistic and well-informed session that creates long lasting results.

I felt it entirely appropriate that I write to compliment you on your staff at the Orange Park Therapy Works office. While many patients be apprehensive about receiving treatments, I actually look forward to my therapy visits. Colleen is a hoot, but is also delightful and extraordinarily competent as well.
