I felt it entirely appropriate that I write to compliment you on your staff at the Orange Park Therapy Works office. While many patients be apprehensive about receiving treatments, I actually look forward to my therapy visits. Colleen is a hoot, but is also delightful and extraordinarily competent as well. I very much appreciate her willingness to accommodate scheduling times that can be changed by the minute as well as the relentless teasing we offer each other.
My therapist, Barbara Lind, is marvelous! I’ve yet to meet a caregiver as competent and caring as Mrs Lind. What truly distinguishes her is both her knowledge of the lymphadema profession and her drive to ensure that I receive the best care possible – tailored to my schedule, capabilities and needs. Her ability to make a patient feel as though he/she is worthy of care that goes the extra mile is quite remarkable. I feel most fortunate to be in her care, for I know that she will contribute all in her power to help me back to a healthy state.
